0 stars is better fitting. Terrible app! It glitches and freezes in the visits and during other requests. Most of the time, you will have to try more than 3 times to get an action to complete. For example, my verification expired? So I'm attempting to upload my id and verification photos. When I press submit, NOTHING happens. I've attempted this about 8 times within the last hour.

Of all the worthless apps out there to get in contact with a loved one.. aside from the fact that it's highway robbery that we have to put money onto our loved ones account but then we also have to have an account with money put on for ourselves. It is complete robbery. it's a total money grab scheme and to top it off, it doesn't work!!! How is an app require me to download Firefox or Chrome of which I already have because it doesn't support the very browser that's built into the app. Shame!!!

This is one of the absolutely worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. Money disappears and reappears daily, it's all the time freezing, adding money to any of the accounts is damn near impossible. I usually have to call customer service after being on hold several times for lengthy amounts of time. Seems like there could be someone or there that could do a better job... But just like the prison systems it's all a money and time racket. Hoping for a big change but doubtful--0
