Call drop when answering. Bad contention all the time. If it weren't for the fact that my employer selected this for daily for daily operations, I would never use it. Losing calls is losing business.

It is fine. Our company just bought this and we use it for now to enhance our Sangoma phone system. No texting and no visual voice mail which came as a shock ....so its usefulness in this day and age is limited.
