2024-09-23 | Anna Leon | This is app doesn't work at all. Keeps taking me to the page to fill out a new application and when I hit that I have service with them they want my enrollment number? I have no idea what it's is ? And as for using assurance wireless to use Lifeline I wouldn't recommend them at all nothing but probably with them. The number you call sends you to a calling center in the Philippines and they don't know what their doing. My phone works for two months and then doesn't. | |
2024-09-19 | Tammy Cooley | Cannot login to my account due to the fact that when asked for your phone number, the keyboard never comes up in order to enter the phone number, I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and still nothing. After reading lots of feedback from other unsatisfied customers, it appears that this has been a problem for quite some time now. I'm not sure if SafeLink is or isn't reviewing the feedback or if they just NEED a completely new (and working) app. But I agree with many others...FIX IT! | |

It sends a code after I put in my number but after I put the code in a page pops up with the word text (which is very small) in the upper left corner. EDIT--Its been over a year Still DOES NOT WORK! 2024-07-25 | Y R | This app does not work. Immediately on log-in prompt it will not even allow one to enter the login information. I've posted this before and it seems no one has bothered to fix the issue. Don't even get me started trying to speak to someone on the phone regarding issues. They waste your time. I have been calling for a week. Every day , I'm told to allow time for my data to be reflected on my phone but that it shows it was added on their end. Of course it would, but you have no problem charging! | |

The first screen prompts the user to login with their phone number and though a cursor is visible in the form field, no keyboard shows up to enter any text (I have zero problems entering text into other apps and web page forms). if you choose the only other CTA (a button for new users to sign up), you're taken to a webview which does load the Safelink website, but that negates the whole point of downloading an app in the first place. Useless app that doesn't work. | |

I have been unable to use this app, I have tried installing it on 3 different devices. 2 out of 3 of the devices it doesn't even have the keyboard load so that I can enter the necessary phone number to log in. The one that I could get the keyboard to load for and finally authenticate my phone number it just came up with a white screen with the word text in tiny print in the upper left corner and stayed that way. | |
2024-07-06 | E. Dawg B. | The BUTTONS on the homescreen work, "apply now" opens the Web browser inside the app, "phone number" for login brings up the cursor but not the keyboard! I've read this is issue has not been fixed for a looong time. Personally I'd like to stay in the SafeLink app itself, and also, it would be easier to just stay logged in on the app or just enter my phone number, ONE STEP! 2024-06-09 | TheChemizzle | This app deserves a 0 star rating. It worked for a few weeks when it was originally released but now it is completely useless. Entering your phone number to log in doesn't pop up the keyboard and entering it manually through a bluetooth keyboard (or any other method) is futile. It will either lock up or send you to a page that just says "text". Don't bother with this app, and don't bother with Safelink. Edit: It's been almost a full year and it STILL doesn't work. | |
2024-06-08 | Christopher Cole | This app sucks!!! I've had it for several years hoping that one day it would start working properly. It's not my phone because every other app I use or try to use works perfectly. At first after signing in my balance and half the other stuff on the screen wouldn't load up at all, even after hours of waiting. I thought well maybe it's temporary but a year later it wouldn't even let me sign in anymore. This is one of the worst apps on the Google Play Store. |
