Cannot login to my account due to the fact that when asked for your phone number, the keyboard never comes up in order to enter the phone number, I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and still nothing. After reading lots of feedback from other unsatisfied customers, it appears that this has been a problem for quite some time now. I'm not sure if SafeLink is or isn't reviewing the feedback or if they just NEED a completely new (and working) app. But I agree with many others...FIX IT!
I have never been able to get this app to open. It sends a code after I put in my number but after I put the code in a page pops up with the word text (which is very small) in the upper left corner. EDIT--Its been over a year Still DOES NOT WORK! I thought that maybe during this part year they would have fixed this but NOTHING 😡
This app does not work. Immediately on log-in prompt it will not even allow one to enter the login information. I've posted this before and it seems no one has bothered to fix the issue. Don't even get me started trying to speak to someone on the phone regarding issues. They waste your time. I have been calling for a week. Every day , I'm told to allow time for my data to be reflected on my phone but that it shows it was added on their end. Of course it would, but you have no problem charging!
