Have to call them and I sat on hold for 25 minutes without them answering. All other apps just send you an email to reset your password but these clowns make you call and sit on hold and don't answer. Any business or institution that uses this company to issue cards is doing a great disservice to the people they are issuing a card to. Lots of better opinions. |

Don't waste your time. Check your card balance via the 877 phone number - or else you'll end up paying them fees for a worthless app that does nothing but CRASH. This app is THE WORST I have ever downloaded from Google Play - and that's really saying something! |
