Lady Lindsey, 2024-09-05Previously (about 2 months ago) I was actually able to transfer funds on this app. Now I must go to the website to carry out this function. In fact, the app just shows a screen directing the user to the website. (My card was registered a long time ago) Why bother to have this app?

Deb Baughman, 2024-08-06Can't transfer funds. They don't answer their support line. Locked out for wrong password and can't simply reset my password. Have to call them and I sat on hold for 25 minutes without them answering. All other apps just send you an email to reset your password but these clowns make you call and sit on hold and don't answer. Any business or institution that uses this company to issue cards is doing a great disservice to the people they are issuing a card to. Lots of better opinions.
