2024-10-10 | Reggie Galliford | Really enjoying this app during the trial period. The fat loss program has been fun mixing up different places. The pace metronome is very cool.
2024-10-03 | luca Wong | it's really good for whatever you want to do. I want to build muscle and it is really helpful 😁
2024-09-02 | Pam Stuver | I have been using this app for more than a week. I have already lost some weight. I have also been a bit conscious of what I eat/drink. This app really helps me feel like I can actually reach my weight goal (Eventually LOL) . People lose weight at a different speed. Best of success to everyone on their journey to better themselves!! Great app to get started. (Rowing machine not included) Edit: I finished the my first 4 weeks for beginners. Lost 12 lbs. Will update again.
2024-07-12 | Vidoushi Puchooa | 8 weeks postpartum and I downloaded the app to start losing baby weight. I finally have some hope! Did week 1 day 1 and I feel great already:) thank you!
2024-07-11 | Marie Keyte | I bought a rowing machine to combat middle age weight spread and because I'd been in a really bad car accident that left me with a fused (non-moving) ankle, quite a few back issues, and one leg 1/4" shorter than the other. The rowing machine is low impact & easy to accommodate to my medical issues, comfortably. The only problem ME; I kept gaining weight because owning the rowing machine does not equate in calories used & pounds lost. So I downloaded this rowing workout app, and so far, 👍
2024-02-10 | Hon Ki Cheung | I have used it for a month or so and have enjoyed the apps design and routines quite a bit. Very doable but still challenging and not repetitive. Would love to have the app sync to Google fit and a louder metronome sound though.
2023-11-05 | Jacob Richey | It's probably the best app for rowing. I've used Peloton, Echelon and other apps and initially enjoyed the platforms & user interface. However, where this app shines for my training is the ability to create your own guided workouts, which is not an option for the other platforms. My only criticism would be the ability to have access to the other cardio based apps by the creator after purchasing a subscription as the elliptical and spin bike are built on an almost identical platform.
2023-07-23 | Eric Root | Want to give an update to by below complaint. After working with the creators and google support team, in less than 24 hours i was able to get the subscription changed. Thank you to both teams. Thank you all. **How do you change subscriptions i want the lifetime not the yearly?????????????? I love the app, except the payments plans all other apps let you change your subscription plans.**
2023-05-15 | Mycah Mattox | I really wanted to like this app. I wanted something simple to track my rowing progress, and this should've been it. Then I saw the price. It IS a simple app (just a metronome with stats really). 60/yr, but the app has 0 integrations with fitness accessories, it crashed on me twice in the first 3 days of using it, but that would've been fine and I would have spent 20 or 30 bucks on it, but 60 a year is absolutely absurd.
2022-12-13 | VMZ | Definitely not for beginners. No how to start. No connection to Concept2. Nothing is free that would attract a begginer. I then opted for a free trial just to use the begginer version. It was not self-explanatory and did not log rowing very well. I cancelled subscription and will move onto a different app that us user-friendly. |
