Not a very user friendly or intuitive app. Basic information is NOT readily accessible. I feel like I must go on some type of information fishing expedition to find simple things like DISTANCE... This is something that should be readily available when looking at the screen and it's not. I will not buy another year of this app service.

I have 2 minor complaints. It shows when downloading you can add 200+ stops. This is not true for me. I am only able to add 120 stops. This effects me when mapping out my stops the week. Being able to add 200 would really help me. I would like to know how to be able to add 200 in per route. Also you can only optimize your stops a certain amount of times a day. And then you're banned from optimizing stops for 24 hours. For paying $100 a year these should be 2 things that are easily fixed

Absolute must have app if you are running a route. I think I started using it about 8 years ago. My main complaint is the consistently terrible customer service. Emailing support is absolutely pointless. It's clear that the support reps do not read the emails. They glance over them and hit whatever canned reply will get them back on break soonest. They never ever answer my question accurately which shows me they never read my question. But they consistently offer to do something else!
