This app required I download another state to navigate in my state. I don't live right on the state border so if your state borders are off by that much I'm concerned. Additionally, it could only find one of the three places I tried to look for and required I type the full address for the others. To make matters worse the voice was robotic and didn't announce street names.

Nicholas Clark, 2024-10-26It's the best navigation app there is out there. Has clear guidance and nice layout. Samantha is the best voice in all my gps apps. I use it in my phone and my head unit in the car. My disappointment is that the car icon is gone. I only have the triangle symbol for position. Also the map always starts and defaults in 2D rather than 3D, who uses 2D? It's tedious to have to choose 3D every time the car starts and a trip ends.

I renewed again in June for the year at 12.99 however now it says I have no active subscriptions and the app is asking me to pay another 24.99 when I'm only 4 months into my current yearly subscription. I cannot even login to my account on the website I keep a "bad request 400 status message" to access the chat feature. TomTom you have dropped the ball on this and hopefully with this review you'll get your act together!!!!
