Used to work much better across all functions with my K-S2, now is only acceptable as a remote control. I can't get images to sync for transfer at all on Samsung Galaxy S20. Disappointing but tolerable since the app is only an optional extension of the camera- if I were a pro (like on a K-1 or K-3iii) I'd be really upset.

Ricoh GR user (currently 3) for quite some time and though this app has improved throughout my usage, it's still a inconsistent and oftentimes frustrating experience. Despite pairing, it's still a choir for communication to be established between camera (GR 3) and phone (Pixel 9 pro XL) without it dropping. It seems to work better on iOS than Android. Quicker and easier to use a USB-C SD CARD dongle to take pictures off. Also connection will drain your GR 3 battery significantly.

Confusing, until it works. K3iii: must enable Bluetooth and location on phone, and also allow wifi connection and permissions. Use Bluetooth to initiate connection, and it will auto-enable wifi for communication. Phone must know updated location before it will connect. To transfer jpgs, you must have jpgs saved on the card, or RAW+jpg. RAW trasfer is slow. I suggest reducing jpg file size to S if shooting RAW+. Auto-transfer only works with jpg. Remote control and remote live view works well.
