Usually my experiences have been good till today. I make a transfer and it only says there is a problem with my transfer (never confirmed it was on it's way) I tried twice with the same result so I had to find another way to send the money. Like 6 hours later I received an email that my transfer was successful, like what? Basically I made the same transfer twice, good thing it was to my own mexican account, just imagine if it was to soneone else, I'd never get that money back. No using it again.

The good news is they seem to be reliable, not the cheapest, but they seem real and it works. The bad news is they don't seem set up for your ID having an address different than the billing address on your debit card. That triggered a security concern that was unresolvable because what they wanted was then for me to send in copies of my banking statements which is NOT going to happen. I trust them to a point but I do not trust them with that level of information, it's unnecessary. So I deleted.

Not as bad as World Remit's app, but almost as bad... When a transaction doesn't work, it says to go into the app to fix it. But when I go into the app and look at the transaction, there is no option to fix it... Customer service then was bad, but that is for a different review... In either case, I'm switching to Wise.
