I have heard a rumor, that they maybe offering a discount off your bill if you pay it through the app and have the payment come right out of your bank and the two computers do all the work. Saving Reliant a lot of money and labor costs. Makes sense to me how about you. You do all the work to pay your bill to them, and they give you an automation discount. Now that's a great idea, I think even Elon Musk would. |

Called Reliant to find out when things will chg. Reliant said we needed to call & they will credit us $0. It's been a month now & they couldn't tell us today why the bill is the same. Said it could take 3 months before it chgs, but they'll eventually credit us. With today's computers hard to believe they get to play with our money for 3 more mths |

It's just a dead screen with a timer for the sweepstakes, and a link that goes outisde of the app is the only option given to you. You can't close it or anything but just exit out the app. The point of having an app is to be more convenient than going online, but i have to see my bill. Developers fix that ASAP |
