If you have their app you can pay your bill so much quicker and safer than ever before. I have heard a rumor, that they maybe offering a discount off your bill if you pay it through the app and have the payment come right out of your bank and the two computers do all the work. Saving Reliant a lot of money and labor costs. Makes sense to me how about you. You do all the work to pay your bill to them, and they give you an automation discount. Now that's a great idea, I think even Elon Musk would.

In the several years that I've had service with reliant, the app hasn't worked 99% of the time. Yall need to ditch who ever coded it and hire someone new.
