Most people just want to check ballance and maybe transfer funds. Leave it alone. Edit: recent updates have improved the app. It is now easier to use and more intuitive. | |

Keeps locking me out . I wait 24 hours as suggested only to be locked again ! Even a member of staff at rbs cut me off as it was too hard to do after an hour and they got impatient! I'm stuck using my old phone or going through a long Log in process on my lap top . Cross ! | |
2024-11-23 | Andrew MacPherson | Got a new phone hence I thought this app deserves a review update, they still haven't resolved the security risk this app introduces, it's terrible, each time you try and move off it to review something else you have restart the sign in process all over again, this you can use complex passwords. This app forces you to write down personal details so you can actually enter them to register. This is a security risk. Poor design and poor implementation. | |

Going Abroad feature does not allow entry of more than one country on the same day for the Debit Card, even though the same feature for Credit Card allows up to 7 countries to be entered. It's an app issue, and why even have 2 different UIs for this, different for Debit and Credit cards, duh? 3. Cora not working today, just can't connect. 4. 2024-11-19 | ASW : | Getting annoying that your developers cannot even cancel "New" badge after something has been looked at. Continue to force third party Credit Score that cannot be dismissed. The app has become so bloated at the expense of usability and workflow. It is shame, it used to be amazing. | |

It feels like it's deliberately set this way. Why take something that worked wonderfully before and make it an obstacle.. ? Two phone calls a long wait of 40 mins to then just be hung up on before I can even ask a question. Really disappointed. Service has gone from absolutely amazing to unbelievably dreadful. I feel stupid for recommending my bank to other family.😳 |
