2024-12-01 | C. H. | Personally when it comes to the app you can take away the 1 star that I left. Your app is horrible. I have multiple units that 8 am renting, but could only see one of them and there is no where in the app where I can add my other account/unit. I can add another person to get access, but I cannot add the other unit itself, Yet I am being charged for the other one. You need to do better, you want to force everyone into this app nonsense but the app isn't functional. I think I will contact the FTC. | |
2024-11-25 | S A | Just had an update from public storage, but I am not able to access the gate opener. I get to a screen that gives you 2 options, which I had never seen previously before the update (access "gate 1 entry keypad" and "gate 1 exit keypad"). I then un-installed the app, re installed the app, and signed in. It's still the same. Im going to try 1 more time to uninstall before contacting the office. There's no option on app to chat with customer service either. Smh! | |

It said it wasn't in range from a distance that it normally would work at, and if I got any closer my car would have hit the gate. Super frustrating. | |
2024-11-24 | J.D. Bean,III | Here we go again. Went to put something in my unit only to find out i could not gain access because the app was "updated," and one of the updates was for gate access. But it is not working on my phone. I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but no luck. Seems like every time they "update" the app, it messes up. Please fix.....and then leave it alone. | |
2024-11-24 | Dana Smith | At the beginning the Remote Access worked on my phone making it easy to open gates especially with bags in your hand but as soon as I started using it the app required a update which now remote access isn't a option for the door I use. It says not in range for all the gates so anyone can punch my numbers in but don't have access to my phone so that's weird to me suspicious. | |

It's very aggravating when you have to access multiple entry locations when moving in and the app does not work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Also clear the cache still does not work. | |

It used to be able to open and close gates from the closed window of my car;now you have to get out and press it because all of the buttons that they've nowadded and none of them work and nor do they respond if you tap on it. And of course nobody knows how to fix it either. So you better damn well have your code written down or you're not getting in | |
2024-11-22 | Michelle R | Forced to update app and lost electronic all gate access!! :( Just visited my space last week but was forced to update my app today at the property gate before I could enter. Now I can no longer unlock/use of the gate access points via the app. App now claims I have multiple spaces (inaccurate) and they're all "out of range" despite being at the facility. This is the only reason I even use the app. Huge error. Please fix ASAP!! | |
2024-11-22 | Jade Gibbon | The previous version had a very short connection/distance to use Access function. Most times I had to exit the car to hold the phone near the gate sensor to make it work. In the current version using Access I get a message Bluetooth is off (wasn't) and button to turn it on takes me to app info page that has no Bluetooth related options! Avoid till the bugs are fixed! 11/23/24 Had to update app & it's even worse now. Can stand RIGHT NEXT to the pad & it says am too far away. Bad to worse!! | |
2024-11-22 | Abraham Vera | You claim to be constantly improving the app, but that's far from the truth. Every update seems to break it further. In fact, it barely works at all. I frequently receive notifications in the middle of the night about attempts to access or exit storage that I didn’t initiate. The app also consistently fails at critical moments, like when I’m at the gate. It’s so riddled with bugs that I’m genuinely surprised my antivirus hasn’t flagged it as malware. |
