I was charged for a monthly membership even though it said I could try it for free, and I didn't end up using it due to extremely high fees, taxes, and a giant product markup on everything before fees even hit. No reason to have a membership, you still get hit with heavy fees and the "10%" off only compensates for half of the market price markups they have. It doesn't pay for the hidden fees either. Terrible service, don't recommend. | |

Since then, it's been a steady decline of poor communication and delivery management. in the past 2 months, I have received multiple orders that were more than 1.5 hours beyond the initial given time. The app also no longer communicates where the delivery driver is. As a delivery app in a competitive landscape, no one has time to expect 1.5 hour delays. | |

Fast food is already bad enough as if it with how they mess up your orders, and now you have 2-3 middlemen to mess that up even more. I hate ordering and only getting refunded for my "missing" items. What about all the other fees you also wanted to charge me for? I'm paying for the delivery that you guys can't even get right. | |
2024-10-28 | Travis Masters | Not a huge fan of the cranked up menu prices and all of the fees which turn a $15 item into a $30, but I guess that's just the price for convenience. Overall, it's alright. 60% of the drivers speak AND READ English, about that same percentage can actually follow directions as well. If my order got screwed it up, it's usually the restaurant and not the driver, so there's that. I use it when I'm feeling lazy or hungover anyway. | |
2024-10-09 | R G | Update: I tried to give them another shot but had another issue with an order and the ability to get in touch with live customer support is so buried and they have almost no power to resolve customer issues compared to the excellent service from competitors lik DoorDash. Application perform atrocious compared to competitor applications. Sub-par app makes it almost impossible to engage with chat support while an order is in progress. Sadly, the past few times, items were missing from my orders, and i was refused a refund even though I had to reorder the missing items after, multiple times. They requested a picture of missing items. Make that make sense. In addition, on another incident, I was asked for a picture of what we received about 14 hours after I sent my complaint. Unfortunately I will not use this app again until that policy or procedure has changed. | |

Support contact in Play Store autoresponds it's unmonitored; app has no help except for orders. OLD: Technicly still let's me sort by delivery time, but now I have to do a search first…when I really just want to see what the fastest places are. Sorting by price seems to have no basis in reality. Would like to set a price limit. Wish I could tell it to never show certain restaurants unless I search for them by name. | |

2024-09-12 | L C | Their "Customer Service" is the worst! It clearly stated that I was charged a $2.40 cancellation fee, but they refused to refund the rest of my money. I brought this to ANKIR'S ( Chat agent) attention. He told me that they would not be refunding me. 1 dollar, 2 dollars , 3 dollars or more, it does not matter how much it is, that is my hard earned money! I wanted a refund so that I could reorder the correct item! Simple. They put no effort into helping you! You guys just lost a customer! | |

After using the app for a while, it seems like there's trouble between the location food is delivered and which restaurant receives the order. Example: ordered from Taco Bell, knowing there's one within a few miles, but it sent the order all the way across town. Makes receiving the oder longer, and the driver is covering a lot more distance than necessary, affecting their tip/drive time/traffic. |
