| 2024-12-02 |  | | Can not get signed up. I have tried multiple times to get signed up.And I don't have a car so i'm not interested in car insurance. You can't skip that part.You can't get past it.It just keeps putting you back to where you were. I gave it one star because customer service was right on it and I got emails to help me but none of the suggestions work. It's not worth the hassle to me and i'm done. I uninstalled reinstalled did everything they told me and it doesn't work. |
| 2024-12-01 |  | | *Update* App is in serious need of a major overhaul. This app gets worse every time there is an update. I'm not getting points from playing games, I tried 3 times to do a support ticket, and when I tried to add a screenshot, it closed. I have to relink some of the retailers every time I go to sync them. This time, Amazon won't relink. I've had the same message for the last 2 days. Any time I contact support, they just tell me to delete the app and reinstall it, which messes everything up. |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | The surveys on this app are not worth it, in my opinion. The preliminary questions to qualify your profile for the survey don't seem to do their job. I have spent 10 minutes on a single survey with the hope of receiving a large amount of points, per the point disclaimer, only to be told my profile doesn't match thus receiving complementary points of only 7 points instead of the 400+ I was hoping to receive. Scanning receipts is fine though. Other than that it's a waste of time. |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | I used to love Pogo. It was one of the best survey apps there was. After years of using it, they have really changed. My last 3 payouts have taken over a week each to receive and the customer support is TERRIBLE! I'm still waiting for my most recent payout after 6 days and I haven't heard anything from "customer service" since they acknowledged they received my email. This is just ridiculous and I'll never use Pogo again. OMG absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever encountered EVER! |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | Beginning to get really annoyed. Even when a receipt has the merchant in big, bold, easily recognizable lettering, and is from a well known company, and the image is clear... Usually doesn't check off the "merchant" box. Sometimes it will finally see it after dozens of tries, but I'm tired of sitting in front of one single receipt for about 5 minutes taking picture after picture before it finally works or i have to just give up. It keeps getting worse at it! Didn't used to be THIS bad. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | Started out great, I was able to cash out $5 pretty quickly but since then it's down to almost nothing for points. Surveys have stopped working you get halfway through and it tells you that you don't qualify. I'm playing games and going beyond the levels required and it still doesn't credit the points. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | At first, this app was great with finding you points for everything under the sun. However, when it comes to cashing out, there was an issue, & it lasted a few days w/receiving the verification codes to cashout. They fixed the issue after inwent through every step they suggested. And I guess they realized it eas on their end it was rectified. Other family members had the same issue. I just decided to pursue it. Now we're back at being great again. I really do like this app. |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | this app is great so far. i get receipt points and get points in turn for money for playing games. I usually use fetch but was intrigued by Pogo. I'm glad I installed this app. the only thing I wish would change is the ads. I don't mind a few ads, but I feel like there's way too many. |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | having technical issues trying to sign up. linked my card and bank account but information will not finish and save. UPDATE Technical error has been fixed. Everything is working great now. This app is awesome, it can track all purchases through email,. debit cards, etc. Make life a lot easier. |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | This is one of the best reward apps. There is so many ways to earn points. I don't play games very often until I tried the games on Pogo. They have different games then most other reward apps. That help a lot because you have a better chance that the game is the first time playing them. Most reward apps have the same games and you can't get the points unless it's the first time you played them. Thank you Pogo. |
