Can not get signed up. I have tried multiple times to get signed up.And I don't have a car so i'm not interested in car insurance. You can't skip that part.You can't get past it.It just keeps putting you back to where you were. I gave it one star because customer service was right on it and I got emails to help me but none of the suggestions work. It's not worth the hassle to me and i'm done. I uninstalled reinstalled did everything they told me and it doesn't work.

*Update* App is in serious need of a major overhaul. This app gets worse every time there is an update. I'm not getting points from playing games, I tried 3 times to do a support ticket, and when I tried to add a screenshot, it closed. I have to relink some of the retailers every time I go to sync them. This time, Amazon won't relink. I've had the same message for the last 2 days. Any time I contact support, they just tell me to delete the app and reinstall it, which messes everything up.

I used to love Pogo. It was one of the best survey apps there was. After years of using it, they have really changed. My last 3 payouts have taken over a week each to receive and the customer support is TERRIBLE! I'm still waiting for my most recent payout after 6 days and I haven't heard anything from "customer service" since they acknowledged they received my email. This is just ridiculous and I'll never use Pogo again. OMG absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever encountered EVER!
