| 2024-08-22 |  | | It's really good app for kakuro, but the ads glitch out and make the game unplayable at times. I uninstalled but might come back if it's fixed. Edit: the glitch/bug is that the bottom ad will take up about 70% of my screen ad I can't play anymore Edit: ended up paying ad free and completed all Very Hard and Evil puzzles. Good game |

I like that it doesn't automatically remove pencil notes when I input a number and that I can turn off all error indicators as I like more of a challenge. Cons: Even the "evil" mode is FAR too easy which defeats the purpose for advanced players. Games in the hardest mode can take me 1-5 hours to complete in other apps/on paper. In this app, I'm averaging about 5 minutes each. I finish a pack of 10 in under an hour. Disappointing. |
| 2023-09-20 |  | | Gentle enjoyment! Nothing flashy, just quiet serene puzzles. I must start with, the $2 to remove ads is well worth it. The interface is elegantly simple and the hints/clues/warnings are integrated so intelligently as to make me wonder what other game designers are doing. At first I thought it was simply a matter of "everyone's doing it" but the toggle between light and dark mode is extraordinarily helpful when playing at night. Highly recommend. |

There was no way of scrolling to the right portion that was off the screen. 2nd was ads at the bottom covered up the numbers to select to put in the boxes. These made it unplayable. Still a 5 star puzzle on my phone. |

I think the ads are minimal. Idk what the invert button is used for. i wish i was able to manually eliminate a group of possible numbers that i know don't work, but I like that i don't have to figure out all the possible combinations on my own. Features, like error detection, are nice. |
| 2020-12-26 |  | | I got this after finishing the puzzles on another Kakuro app (by Conceptus). I like the interface & look of this app better, and there's more customization options. This app isn't as challenging though. "Very hard" is about equal to "medium" on the other app, but with a smaller grid. I also wish there was a way to create a temporary save point so I could try out a guess and then go back. The ability to copy all the notes (small numbers) in a cell and paste into others would be nice. |

I've probably finished, uninstalled, and redownloaded this 3 times at this point because the UI is probably one of if not the most intuitive and quick UIs I've encountered in this genre. Given the UI quality (which usually makes or breaks these types of puzzle compilations) I've been able to finish an easy puzzle in under 10 seconds and I have a lot of fun seeing if I can lower my total time per same level pack. Watched my avg time drop from 40m+ to ~10m per expert and I feel smarter. |

My problem was with the ads. 2020.08.01 Latest update has mandatory 1 minute long ads between puzzles and at beginning. And no you CAN NOT exit the ad after 5 seconds! Sometimes you can't even exit the app!! Total BS. If not fixed I'm uninstalling. This was a great app- I'm sorry to see it go. |

Simple and clean design and straightforward controls do what they're designed to do, though the lack of variation does hurt it a bit. Once you're used to it, it's a good bit of mindless fun, exactly what it says on the tin. I wish there was more levels with greater variety, but 1000 puzzles is probably enough for most people! |
| 2019-09-08 |  | | Got all the achievements after a month or two of play. Only thing I'd add is a harder difficulty because 'evil' got easy after I went through a pack or two on each difficulty. I like the hint system, layout, and number combos in the corner. It's more satisfying than sudokus for me. I don't know how to make these more difficult, but I'd love to see if you could! It's a very well made game and I don't mind the ads that much. Thank you for making this! |
