I am modifying my review based on my experience. I had a Peak representative call me as soon as they saw the previous review. This individual was very courteous and professional. She took care of my concern and placed herself in my position to fully understand the situation in order to take care of my problem. My problem was simple. My debit card had expired, and the payment declined, causing a late fee. Unfortunately, I was abroad and couldn't resolve the issue until I returned to the States.

I hate the app. That one moment u sign in but forget password then try to get a new u can't cause u need an employee physically to help u.

This app has been great with keeping on schedule for training and classes at the gym. I had to reach out to support and they were very prompt with resolving the issue.
