App is currently bricked. Uninstalled, reinstalled, twice... Restarted phone. You can't press any of the buttons in the app. It endlessly attempts to load your account balance and eventually the app crashes. Frustrating! Have been unable to use it for about a month and no fix... Just been using the desktop version instead which works fine. Not ideal.

The app has a history of closing often. Really annoying to spend all the time making an invoice and having the app close just so I can start all over. I've sent numerous email for request on the problem for over a year and never once have I ever heard back a response and yet it still closes. My 3rd phone with same results so it's not my phone. Otherwise I really don't think it's to bad of a app.

I have never in my life had so much trouble using any debit card prepaid debit card or bank account of any kind. the regular PayPal app cannot be installed on this phone. I can't even change the PIN on my card without the regular app. No access on the website either. No support to speak of. At least not any that i can find or is easy to find. I called the number multiple times, it rings once and goes dead. PayPal won't be getting ANY of my business any time soon.
