We switch to Zettle, & we're very pleased with it, Customer service is strong and on point. Had some crushing issues, but it was I had to update the tablet I was running the app on, After that, there were no issues. Offers Invoicing which is easy, Good app for anyone just starting out that wants to accept CC's. Very easy to set your menu boxes, add discounts, and offers a basic Customer loyalty program all with NO monthly fees, Its a VERY good starter POS system for a small business

I've had a PP business account for years. I made the switch over to Zettle for taking credit cares at vendor events. The app worked great for a bit, but now I can't even get it to open long enough to pair my CC reader. It keeps crashing within a few seconds of opening it. You can't process payments w/o the app, and I'm stuck standing there looking like an idiot. I've un-installed/reinstalled, sign in/out multiple times, and nothing works. It pains me, but I'm going to have to switch to Square.

When first installed 2 years ago it worked as it should simple, fast, and easy. It now is a Pain in the butt to use and won't stay connected on Bluetooth unless you are using Wi-Fi via hotspot or otherwise. The work around for that is to run everything manually but that takes forever and customers are not known for patience. I will be switching to something else Asap.
