Very effective app to get problems solved around you and your community. The app contacts the relevant department when you report a problem. be it a potential hole on the road, signage broken, illegal parking, supermarket trolley left on the road side etc. Five stars for the person who invented it.đź‘Ź

This is pretty good, a great idea to get things happening. Would be 5 star, but loses one as it needs ability to make edits/updates to your posts. I've been using for 3 weeks and have 9 solves to my credit so far.

This app is fantastic! Everyone has a voice and a means of using it to the best advantage to improve our facilities / community / environment. It is (only a little) disappointing that the only time I hear from a solver is when they have a question - never to confirm the job is done. I would dearly like the ability to edit items I've created to add / update / clarify text and/or locations / images. Thank you for creating this innovative service!

Playford Council doesn't care, they just send a generic email sometimes to say there's nothing they can do with a picture.

A must have on your phone! I have been able to use this to report burst water pipes, abandoned cars, vandalised equipment and more. I can put a report in when I see an issue and it gets solved!!

When the app first started there were definitely some teething problems BUT now it's great With the refinements to the app it's now very user friendly and problems reported are sorted a lot more quickly Which is definitely encouraging It inspires people to report more around their neighborhood because a person can see things get done and you're not wasting you time Load the app Use the app Be part of the solution to clean up neighborhoods and get roading and footpaths fixed

For the love of dog! Give us multiple photo select! Attaching 5 photos individually to a job takes far, far too long. What do you think it's like sending multiple jobs? It's a massive pain point, and I'd swap to your successor in a heartbeat. Remember what happened to Nokia? Me neither!

SSS seems to get a response from solvers far quicker than trying to deal directly with utilities or councils. I am impressed yet again. Great service thanks.

Does not work as stated. Can't unsubscribe. 2 occasions: 1 sent to Telstra regarding a broken concrete lid to phone lines 1 sent to Lake Macquarie council re street tree branches overhanging powerlines. Both utilities requested to resend to them directly as could not open SSS msg and images. Emailed SSS. Reply that email to be redirected. No further response. Requested unsubscribe... further emails received. Ethics of this group unacceptable.

Unfortunately for me I also heard about this app via Reddit discussions. Somehow after reporting a issue with a neighbour my account was breached. I promptly closed my account off and change PII that i could change (Mobile # and email address). I think it would be nice to have an ability to report things with this app without being logged in. Please consider it.
