Also, it is the 4th month in a row when the direct debit payment wasn't functioning, despite I entered the correct data each time! So, each month, I was notified that my account would be suspended. Each time I paid using the data filled into the app for direct debit payment... NOT GOOD | |

Unfortunately the app is quite useless apart for paying the invoice, which also takes a lot of time to update correctly once a payment has been made. Using the app for other "service" is near impossible, being directed to a shop or call-service if you want to make any changes to your service tv or Internet... New low... getting messages from the app that my invoice is due after paying it a week before THROUGH the app! | |
