Very bad experience with customer support and contracting team and as a result i am without internet and tv for more than 7 days and probably for the upcoming holiday's.

worse payment method ever. they ask for all possible personal data and they require odd details regarding the bank card to allow payment. I'm using a Google wallet so I do not have to provide random companies with my full details.

There is no technical notification on why the internet is not working. Would be nice to see that in the app.

I have started to get a bit frustrated with the fact that I am randomly logged off from my phone and I have to re-enter my password. I am waiting for the biometric update. I don't see the point of this log off, its not like someone that manages to unlock your phone would ever go and pay your bills..

This application used to be a good one. Now, the details of my contract, info about my consumption and about costs is scarce, incomplete or missing. Also, it is the 4th month in a row when the direct debit payment wasn't functioning, despite I entered the correct data each time! So, each month, I was notified that my account would be suspended. Each time I paid using the data filled into the app for direct debit payment... NOT GOOD

It works... most of the time. Unfortunately the app is quite useless apart for paying the invoice, which also takes a lot of time to update correctly once a payment has been made. Using the app for other "service" is near impossible, being directed to a shop or call-service if you want to make any changes to your service tv or Internet... New low... getting messages from the app that my invoice is due after paying it a week before THROUGH the app!
