I love this app for the most part. However, I rate 2 stars because out of over 30 rsvps, the app has canceled 5 of them even though I was at my rsvp! The communication between the app and restaurants needs work. Even at restaurants I am a regular at, I still get an email saying, "it looks like you didn't make the rsvp". And it's tried to deny me my points because of it. It's also hard to find non-chain restaurants in new cities and/or states even using the search button.

Spam of an app. Impossible to delete account (no way to do it on Android, or web you have to have IOS iPhone app with the OpenTable app installed in order to delete account). Lucky enough I have a work phone that is iOS. How in the hell is it only possible to delete account if you have iPhone only??? What planet does that make any sense. Oh and someone obviously compromised their system because a reservation was made without my knowledge. Plus,there's no passwords to change option. Crazy.

My favorite way to find and reserve restaurants. Edit - I still use this app for many reservations. However, I am disappointed that the promised reward program doesn't work, and there is no help outside of a useless chat box. The links to the reward in email just takes me back to the reservation page in an endless loop.
