| 2024-12-12 |  | | it's just a stupid referral service only. no patient data view. unsubscribing. when you try to log in with app, it's just web portal, and it says "not found"! , ended up trying on computer on the browser, and when i go in, there's no patient data view, just download zip off pdf! i spent months waiting for the records now i can't view it. totally useless! i thought at least I'm paying to have a place to view my records! it's just a stupid referral service only.unsubscribing. pathetic. |

Kinda neat, but most everyone offers tele-health now, I don't need a paid "premium" experience. Have found absolutely no benefit in involving One Medical in my healthcare. Fun side note, apparently providers agree; 3 providers I've used with One Medical have all left the organization. So I've had to start fresh each time. |

| 2024-11-22 |  | | Terrible. Ever since Amazon bought them, all the doctors and staff are miserable, there's no convenient appointments, and I hate that Amazon has my health information now too. I cancelled and I'm not looking back. Nowadays there are so many similar competing services that don't even charge a yearly fee that provide better care. |

One set of appointments and prices thru the app and another via the Amazon website. Their motto could be "We're budget friendly now but wait till you need something". Took about 5 minutes to fill out my health information & about 10 minutes to wait for a provider. She listened attentively and gave me the prescription I needed. Feeling 100% better! |
