Started off great the first day I downloaded. Was able to use it to order my food. Well, the last two times I've tried to use it for mobile order, it tells me something went wrong with my card each and every time no matter what I tried. I've also been trying to scan a receipt for 4 days now since the day I got it and it tells me I've reached my daily limit despite the fact that I hadn't scanned anything at all before. Reported it and haven't heard anything back yet and the receipts are only vali

First they used to let you scan your receipt within 7 days. Now if you don't scan your receipt within the day of the purchase, it says Sorry only one receipt scan allowed per day. I've lost out on so many points because of this. DQ needs to specify that you can only receive the points if you scan it in the same day of purchase, instead of putting "Scan here within 7 days to receive your points". Being deceptive is always a Bad business practice!

On three occasions now, I have added a "deal" to my cart, but then get charged full price. Tonight, it was the Buy One Blizzard Get One for $1.99. I added the deal. The app told me that it had added the deal. I selected my payment method and hit "complete." The next screen shows that I paid the full price for both. No deal. And there is no way to cancel the order. I asked the store manager about it and was told, "I don't have anything to do with the app."
