Doesn't crash much anymore, which is good. Ordering seems to work fine. However... 1) Nags you with notifications to finish your order... after you ordered. 2) Most deals are deceptive, saying "with any purchase" on the deals page, but are actually only valid on $10+ purchases once you look at the specific deal.

Lucas Gonzalez, 2024-11-24Very often the app will not accept an order. It will be pending on my bank if I use my card, or show completed on google play if I use that. But the app won't complete the order. The money is refunded, but the way marketing works, deals are app exclusive. Lost track of how many I went to competitors for their deals because the Arby's app couldn't close a sale. Sidenote: step up your deals and put in some loyalty rewards. These apps are pivotal but it seems like it is ignored mostly at Arby's.

Anthony, 2024-11-10If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I downloaded the app because I had a late night craving for Arby's. I went on signed up and was given a coupon for 25%off for signing up. Ok perfect. So I picked out my items and went to check out... And there's where the problems started. It would not let me check out for the life of me. I refreshed the app.. went out of the app and went back in. I forced stop the app. It would NOT LET ME ENTER MY CARD TO PAY FOR MY ORDER. 45 mins of my life gone!
