Have contacted IT and even had a receptionist in one of the clinics email IT for me as well and never got a response back. Stop asking people to use the app for bookings even when you're aware it clearly doesn't work. | |

Why can't customers access the clinic themselves by phone? It's a strange business setup. I don't think the clinicians know what they're doing. If you have sense, I would try a different clinic to do your treatment because I guarantee your skin won't get better. It will get worse. | |

It shows slots that are not really available which is by far the worst problem. This happens in web too. Before you could book 2 treatments at once now i had to book in separate days. It won't refresh the ui state, i cancelled a booking and had to reopen the app for this to reflect the ui. Terrible. | |
2023-03-04 | Siofra Murtagh | Making a suggestion as a developer who is a user of the app : 1) should be able to see how many sessions you have left 2) be aware of this scenario - a customer might get an appointment changed on the day by the clinic. The user may then change their mind and reschedule through the app. A user should NOT be able to reschedule an appointment that has already been changed by the clinic as the credit has been spent in the physical store. I'd recommend adding an if statement for this use case | |
