Awful awful awful. Can't log in on the app or on the website. Have contacted IT and even had a receptionist in one of the clinics email IT for me as well and never got a response back. Stop asking people to use the app for bookings even when you're aware it clearly doesn't work.

Michelle Mooney, 2024-05-20App is fine if you can get into the thing! My login won't let me in or update my password. I changed my name / email with the clinic in-house and they said this wouldn't impact the app login... but evidently it did. I've been locked out for months and get no replies from app support or customer service

Genevieve Addison, 2024-05-07not good enough my appointment never shows up on the app no matter how many times I reinstall I need to rebook my appointment I can't get through via phone always busy unreachable after my treatment is done I won't be rebooking any further treatments.
