YES, a 1 star. Almost a year and reloaded, updated, uninstalled, re downloaded and updated, Never a response from anyone, this app and Metros coverage and roaming are lacking. 07/12/24 , Visual Voicemail has not notified me of messages in months, I have to actually dial it to check if I have any,,,

Used to be great, but the last like 6 months, I have not been able to pay my bill through it, just tried a few other features, like email update, same issue, I get a prompt to call metro. I have changed nothing about my account or anything, just one day, I couldn't pay, and I have to go the website and enter my card every time. If it's the same next month, I am uninstalling the app completely

App will not open. Tried several times to run through troubleshooting tips. Volume on phone too low even on highest setting. Says I need to add premium service for visual voicemail (always worked until recently). Can't get any backups to work. Constantly told storage is full & I have Google Ones 200 upgrade. Would like to know why so many permissions have no option to change or remove & why so much is locked by some it administrator. Who is that I'm 61 & self employed. Need a phone exorcist !!!

I've had nothing but trouble with anything to do with Metro or anything affiliated with it. They also have lousy customer service - they may mean well but their customer service is still woefully lacking. In my opinion Verizon actually is much better & they're customer service is actually very good!! I'll have to switch to another phone carrier service because I've had nothing but problems with Metro & they have had so many data breaches and Metro doesn't really care about their customers.

Metro pcs is not worth it anymore. Verizon offers plans with unlimited data and hotspots, while metro price gouges people on hard times when it comes to being able to get a cell service. This metro app stalls, freezes, won't log in, and is 0 help at all. I've been a customer for many, many years and can never be offered a phone for a discount, I have no data and my phones never run correctly. I am currently looking for another carrier, so that I don't have to suffer this company any longer.

I'm not sure what happened to MetroPCS but this app doesn't work. Apparently Customer Care was supposed to fix it and they never did. My phones service barely works and I constantly need to do network resets or run on wifi if I need to use my phone. I understand they run on secondary towers but this is obnoxious. I can go to more premium mobile companies for better service for cheaper and I plan to. MetroPCS is a waste of time and you're better off going somewhere else.

DO NOT INSTALL ON YOUR PHONE!!! I bought my phone from amazon, flat out. Chose metro as my phone service, installed this app. few years later, i have changed service providers, and cannot uninstall this app. Calling metro was to no avail, and quite frustrating. Metro is using bloatware, plain and simple. On a side note, avoid metro and t-mobile.

Horrible customer assistance in the store. If your phone is off, even if you have a payment extension, you can't speak to a customer service agent. Phones are horrible. A lot of stores will not honor the promotional discounts on phones. I was a T-Mobile customer for 14 years, switched to consolidate my bills Metro for the last 7 trying. If the monthly bill wasn't so cheap, I would have left the company years ago.

Can't get anything to work. Called Metro before we left to go out of country, they said just use your Wifi. I still can't gat calls or texts or send them. When I try to get help it says to turn off WiFi, then it says it can't connect without the WiFi. It's one big cruel joke. I'm not happy and am unable to call home. This sucks. Guess it's time to change carriers.

Wonderful Reps and Supervisors! However, This service sucks. Everyday internet connection issues, not being able to receive calls, susceptible hacking. I have to go to another carrier, because why pay for a service that does not work over 98% of the time, Consistently... The service is just terrible and metro customers need to be either refunded for the whole year, or service paid for for over a year with perks.
