How can you trust the authenticity of that driver & the app as well. |

The driver starts the ride even before reaching the passenger, it sometimes takes him more than 10 minutes to reach & those 10 minutes are also added resulting in increased fare. The driver always takes more money than the actual fare. Why don't you do something like uber does. Once the driver reaches the passenger, the passenger shares the OTP & the ride can start. It seems as if this app is only for driver's convenience. Uninstalled 👎🏻 |

There were no justifications for the exorbitant price, and the experience was not worth the cost. I will not be using Nova Cab again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for fair pricing. Also, before ride they show less charge, but during payment the charge increased triple! |
