I wish there is an option of something -1 star, horrible & pathetic service, all drivers cancel the ride citing stupid reasons.One driver canceled the ride on the premise that he got flat tyre, then called me from some other number that he fixed the tyre & he will come for pickup but ride won't be registered on nova. How can you trust the authenticity of that driver & the app as well.

Very pathetic and worst experience with the NOVO CABS...... I booked the cab and suddenly it got cancelled without any intimation and no response and no customer support....no one is taking calls even .....very poor .....very disappointing....
