I was able to connect a device to an older version of this app once I deleted the current version. I didn't quite catch the update to stop it in time, so that made it unable to connect again. I then repeated the operation and got it reconnected. That's a lot of troubleshooting just to connect. There should be an update for the remaining devices that won't connect to the current build. Anyways, there's a nice community within it where users share their ride pics and post their stories.

John Schwabl, 2024-11-22I was so happy with the performance of the original boost and the power in my mountain terrain but after update the midium recovery and boost are gone also it feels way weaker even my region is only 22 kmh. I dont understand how the US scooter can have high speed and the power with the same hardware and i have no penefit from my limitation in speed. No firmware and software roll back is bad in this case. Still the scooter is possibly the best, but this forced software updates messing up.Stop it!

Xavier Sinclair, 2024-11-01Trying to force me to use the new firmware. Absolutely not, they don't let you roll back. The dashboard was cool, but this is unacceptable. Luckily you can reload the app for 10 seconds to avoid the forced firmware "upgrade" notice. You can bet your bottom dollar I'll uninstall once they figure this out.
