The app is ok. However, lately when paying bills like mpesa paybill or buy goods, the OTP is not sending. Can this be addressed swiftly

Requiring me to turn on location services with the highest accuracy is obnoxious. I see the need for showing nearest branches but that's not a core feature of the app and this should not prevent me from using the app. It works reliability most of the time but the design is archaic and doesn't reflect the bank's stature.
