Update Aug 29, 2024: The latest version of the app just took a huge step backwards. Notifications take you to a login screen even if you're already logged in, then once logged in dumps you at the home screen instead of the story you were wanting to see. This morning clicking on a story headline took you to the wrong story details. Come on McClatchy staff, do better! I want to support local journalism, but this makes it hard.

This app still needs a lot of work but is improving. There is still no option to print the classic puzzles in the Android version. You can send to the printer, but it is printing an image that takes a lot of ink. The Windows works much better for printing the puzzles.

Update: they completely changed the app and I hate the new as much as I hated the old. Right now it won't even open for me. Tapping on a story opens the wrong story. Some don't open at all.
