During the live events the screen keeps freezing and trying to reload, while all diagnostics and internet is good. Also lack of new content

Unusably bad on my TV. Crashes on every launch, can't even Chromecast to the TV because it relies upon the broken TV app. I have to force stop the app before launch every time I want to use it. It's been over a year with no fix. I'm ending my contract next time it renews.
