Experience the blockbuster classic, updated for a new generation with across-the-board enhancements including brilliant new lighting and environmental upgrades, with high-resolution textures, increased draw distance, Grand Theft Auto V-style controls and targeting, and much more.

Five years ago, Carl 'CJ' Johnson escaped the haze of Los Santos, San Andreas ... a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs, and corruption. Now, it's the early '90s. CJ’s got to go home — his mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart, and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster. On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of cops frame him for homicide, forcing CJ on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets in the next iteration of the series that changed everything.

Was fun to play but I saved 2 different saves and after I did 99/100 the game closed out and when I went back in both my saved files were gone and even hitting resume just too me back to an earlier point in the game... if it's able to be retrieved or this is an issue that can be fixed that would be cool. Nothing worst than spending hours playing for it all to be erased...

It was great while it lasted. This was one of the first games I played when i was little. I got the hang of the controls and everything... Now it won't load. It crashes and goes back to my home screen on my phone. The Ryder mission was almost impossible. The boxes would glitch if you try to pick them up with the forklift or break. I was able to do it ONE time & I saved the game but it crashed and didn't keep some of my saved progress. I've never been so disappointed that a game won't work.

The game is amazing, same classic graphics from ps2 as well, however on most devices I've downloaded it on the phones can't handle the game. I'd recommend using a high end tablet to play, otherwise it's going to freeze and crash as the graphics were not optimized for mobile. It's just a straight port
