| 2024-08-17 |  | | I can't even get into Ideal Image without setting up biometrics. I've never had this problem before. As soon as I open the app, it says set up biometrics and then just sits on that screen. When I try to click out of it, it closes the app. That's nuts. |

I was little nervous at first, but my provider, Cierra, made me feel very comfortable during my session, which took less than 20 mins to complete. All staff was very professional, friendly, and nice. Shout out to Chinelo. I highly recommend Ideal Image for this service. |

Sometimes you can see appt availability projected as it loads the week, and then it disappears. Had to cycle between multiple locations and the week VS month display dozens of times to get appts for the month to display once. |

PLEASE fix this, it would be a really great to use! I ended up canceling my appointments and then scheduling a new one, I was able to see the calendar and select a day. |

| 2022-11-05 |  | | There's absolutely no point of the app it's always loading and never shows the available slots and with such tight schedule in the va locations checking and using the app is pretty critical to find appointments especially with lasers sessions since they are 6-8 weeks apart so it would be very helpful for rescheduling to be able to actually check and use the app instead of calling everyday or other day.FYI IT WAS OK BEFORE THE RECENT UPDATE BUT NOW IT CAN'T BE USED AT ALL PLZ FIX IT |
