I've been using the app for years & it was great. But recent updates have made it worse in the sense that it truncates my transaction history to only 2 weeks. I can't view transactions older than 2 weeks. I'm beginning to look at other options. This is a very poor impression from a financial institution. Its the second time this has happened in as many months. Whoever came up with the idea to truncate transactions to only 2 weeks should be fired! They need to hire competent app developers.
I've been having a terrible experience with the Sendwave app. For the past two days, I've been unable to send money due to an error message. I attempted to resolve this through the chat support, but the representative stopped responding without offering any solutions. Frustrated, I decided to delete my account altogether. However, I'm now unable to access my account due to an "expired link" message when attempting to update my password. This prevents me from logging in and deleting my account.
This app used to be good but not anymore. 1. To get hold of the customers service nowadays is as big of a problem as the problem you are trying to get them solve. 2. Previously they would give you a notification if they needed documents from you and give you a date to comply, now they reytrict your account and then look for you. 3. Previously they had an in app place where you could upload documents. Now they ask you to send documents to an email that does not work. Would not recommend
