*Mtn needs to make the app great if they want their agents to download for faster transactions.One problem with this app is the log-in, which is too boring. The session expires when the app is not in operation, and it wouldn't be the problem, but the big issue here is that OTP, after you've entered your password to log in again,it delays and the time taken for the OTP to arrive can be compared to that of the manual operator. *The OTP is not necessary at all. Just a pin log in is enough.

It's a very good app, but I'd suggest your new update will bring financial services feature. Also, when checking for a transaction, the first option should be one day.. this is needed to limit the time it takes to get a feedback

The mtn agent app is good but the time frame of when the session is not being used for some minutes then it logs you out is too short. And you need to work on how we can search for particular transaction or mini statement because it takes a time when scrolling to find a mini statement for a longer period.

The app has suddenly changed and has become a nuisance. Always saying I should check network settings. Same network I'm using to surf the internet which has enough bundle.

So far so good the app is ok, but there is a hidden issue with this app, when you send money to an agent number, and after sending you did not perform any transaction for like three minutes, the app logs out so when you want to re login, the app fills the number that you send the money to instead of your number, so when you kee in your pin, it will be blocking the other agents pin, please we beg MTN, who ever is in charge of the app should check and correct this, thanks

This app is good in making transactions easy but needs improvement . it frequently cut off and needs to restart phone. it should not be necessarily internet from it's sim card, but just need verification through it's sim card. add banking system and transaction history to it

This the improvement impressive, but there's always room to do more on this app,#1-the receipt of transactions should be attached the the statement so when a transaction fails or a customer claims that a transaction wasn't successful these receipts can be downloaded even days after the transaction. #2- when viewing the transactions done within a certain period of time on the rebalancer we can improve on the information displayed such as full customer name, time of transaction & date etc

It has been running fine throughout the time I started using the agent app but in the last 3 days, i tried logging in to the app but it keeps bringing a message that my phone number is already registered as a customer while I am an agent. I also crosschecked it from the customer app and my phone number was there registered as a customer. Also the rate of transfer for bank deposit is too high . Please let this be resolved soon enough and I will give it the rating it deserves. Thank you

I have never experienced such app for my MoMo transaction before, I like it. I found it difficult when sending money Another Agent number. Quickly logout when put the phone there for about 5 minutes you have to login again, if you can help us with the screen timeout login and logout. Thank you team.
