*Mtn needs to make the app great if they want their agents to download for faster transactions.One problem with this app is the log-in, which is too boring. The session expires when the app is not in operation, and it wouldn't be the problem, but the big issue here is that OTP, after you've entered your password to log in again,it delays and the time taken for the OTP to arrive can be compared to that of the manual operator. *The OTP is not necessary at all. Just a pin log in is enough.

And you need to work on how we can search for particular transaction or mini statement because it takes a time when scrolling to find a mini statement for a longer period.
