Good promotions but horrendous delivery fees. Should include a "sort by distance" option or something like that so I don't have to scroll through more than a dozen 5-7 JOD delivery restaurants to find something acceptable

The app pre charges the credit card before the vendor (restaurant) accepts the order, when the restaurant doesn't accept the app doesn't auto refund, and you have to call them. wheni did they claimed it will be refund in 48 hours, when it wasn't they didn't answe the phone or email anymore for 4 days. i had to ask the bank to do a chargeback. when they finally answered the phone 4 days after the order they couldn't even bring up the order on their system when i gave them the number. just awful..

App and Tracking used to be amazing but now it seems like it's becoming Talabat... how sad! Orders are never ontime and no action from management. Time to use careem from now on. Seems like all delivery services start amazing and then collapse sad to see this especially from eat!
