    Very poor mobile app and online portal service. Deleting a claim will take more than 10-15 minutes. Most of the time, the mobile app is very slow, and most of the time, it is very difficult to log in to the mobile app. Web portal Most of the time, showing technical error, unable to log in at web page. As a premium insurance provider, we didn't expect such a type of online service. Need improvement on mobile app as well as online portal.

    If I could only give zero stars! Like the other reviewer, it prompts you to change the password, but nothing happens even after several trials. Basically useless app!

    Good day, The system does not accept any password either I create it myself, or system suggested strong password. Kindly check from your end. I do remember my existing password, which I recently changed after receiving mail from metlife. Even that is not working. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app again. Still not working. Kindly advise

    Slow performance. Keeps asking for password if the app loses focus for a moment. To open a complaint it asks the user for the information that already can be automatically acquired from login info. You can raise a complaint from the pre-approvals page No biometric login

    Cannot attach files, I click on attach doc and choose photo library or camera but it doesn't take me to gallery or does anything after that, please fix the bug

    This is a perfect garbage application. After logging in, everytime it will ask for password to be changed. Doesn't remember credentials when ticked remember me. Pathetic attempt to make an application that barely works!

    Update in october 2023 Abd still my sadest time when i have to use this app Miserable experience using this App. Slow. Searching medical providers doesn't work properly Contacting support requires you to enter policy details and certificate number although you are already logged in and this information should be fetched automatically

    I was happy at the beginning until after a year of payment.. The agent offer a new policy and updated my payment method.. After that Metlife started deducting lesser amount. I was paying around 1020aed but after updating my policy I noticed that the amount they're debeting on my account became less.. Despite may follow ups, the manager name Charlie(if my memory serves me right) didn't manage to clarify and he pass me to one of the Filipino agent. Then I realized that one of the policy wasn't upd

    the app is always on error. unable to login even after reporting to customer service. they said it is fixed, but not really. Reading the reviews since 2018/19, it is mostly negative and the same comments and complaints. I think this is getting worse over time. might as well do something to improve atleast, not a good reputation to the public esp your clients.
