2024-12-10 | David Hume | Web site changes, no accounts listed. Met Life makes it extremely hard to keep up with policies. Have used browser and phone app. I can't wait to remove funds when i can find them! Too low of interest earned... tons of better options out there... customer care is mostly a joke with the time required to get answers. | |

Navigation is clunky and not intuitive, doesn't follow mobile best practices, standards, and guidelines, and feels like a web page slapped into a shell of a mobile app. Do better please. | |
2024-01-17 | Rogue Scholar | Really need insurance you know? Technically I have insurance, but I can't register because the app doesn't work. I get to the contact info page where the link there details what your policy is on what you do with my contact info, and displays the pop-up when clicked. But the continue button, which should take you to the next section, does the same thing. It's like the continue button's event is mixed up with the link when clicked event, wherein both give the same output. Could you fix 🙏 pls? | |

I'm scheduled for a crown next week and for the last week, I've been checking the app to see my remaining benefits for the year to calculate my out-of-pocket cost but I've been receiving an error message. It's been a week and still no fix! I don't know who's maintaining this app but they should just quit if they don't want to do the job. It's ridiculous. | |

Well , it does remind me I have an account with Met Life and sometimes it's a starting point for making contact over the phone. When the support long works ? | |
2023-04-20 | Marsha HT | Slow buggy app! I want to check out my Dental Claims. I was able to see my claim status of total charges, but app keep crashing continuously when I click on Explanation of benefits. Not to mentioned I can't view my own Deductible & Maximums In-Network Policy, keep getting sorry error message "an error occurred - we are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later". The insurance is good, but it appeared no one is working on the app anymore. Uninstalled. | |
2023-01-04 | Sylvia Speight | I am having problems now and had problems when I first signed up with this app. It shows the information after I put in my username, such as claim information etc.. to click on, but when I click on it says I don't have any claims. That's incorrect because first of all I know I do have claims and Metlife sent an email to me asking me to update information. Supposedly tech support had fixed the issues, obviously not! Update-1/3/23, just logged in and same issue. Still says I don't have any claims! | |

Wasn't able to create account with this app. I created the account on the website. The app shows errors when I am trying to access my benefits and I can't access them. The app says that MetLife will sell my email address and phone number to third party so they can send me automated phone calls and emails with advertisements. Can it get any worse? | |

If you can't fix your app, then don't send me emails telling me to log in to the app, to see what claims have been processed. The insurance is ok, though. Just the app sucks. | |

The first time, I've tried this app. It is just as unbelievably TERRIBLE as their website! Awful! Awful! Awful! The most unintuitive, absolutely scrambled experience of anything I've experienced. Worse than using a dial-up service and accessing a website in 1992! This app is no better. Good thing that I have a kind and helpful agent who will take care of me! |
