So the 3 D's delay, defer, deny tactics. I have spent money on the Dog and Cat and they have paid NOTHING!!! DEDUCTIBLE 500 DOG SND 250 CAT. THE CAT GOT EXAM SHOTS AND AN OPERATION OF 4 TEETH REMOVED AND TEETH CLEANING AND POLISH. RACH TIME THE CAT WENT RECORDS GIVEN, THEN THEY LOSE THISE RECORDS AND WANT ALL THE RECORDS AGAIN. UPLOADS ARE 3-4 AT BEST. | |

Sorry but I refuse to pay for 2 policies when I only have one pet. I didn't sign up for 2 I only had one now I have this duplicate that won't go away and this live agent told me I have to pay for it. Uh no I don't have 2 pets so why am I being forced to do that. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfair. | |
