Banfield Vet at PetSmart twice submitted record for the year and they constantly refuse to acknowledge the records saying missing information. So the 3 D's delay, defer, deny tactics. I have spent money on the Dog and Cat and they have paid NOTHING!!! DEDUCTIBLE 500 DOG SND 250 CAT. THE CAT GOT EXAM SHOTS AND AN OPERATION OF 4 TEETH REMOVED AND TEETH CLEANING AND POLISH. RACH TIME THE CAT WENT RECORDS GIVEN, THEN THEY LOSE THISE RECORDS AND WANT ALL THE RECORDS AGAIN. UPLOADS ARE 3-4 AT BEST.

Worst customer service online and on the phone. They tried to charge me twice but my bank put a stop to it. I asked for my account to be deleted and they said it's not that easy , they sent a link to cancel it and when I tried i got the same message " error this is not working contact site advisor"

Good for immediate information on your policy, terrible to get a hold of an agent. I sent them 3 emails and the live chat didn't work for the last 2 weeks. they still haven't gotten back to any of my emails and it's been a week.

Terrible hard to get a hold of anyone to help me deal with a duplicate policy issue. And the phone number doesn't even connect me to anyone to talk to. Sorry but I refuse to pay for 2 policies when I only have one pet. I didn't sign up for 2 I only had one now I have this duplicate that won't go away and this live agent told me I have to pay for it. Uh no I don't have 2 pets so why am I being forced to do that. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfair.

I am finding that I have to submit claims multiple times. I get a notification that they have been received then they just disappear. You should not have to continually check the status of received documents.

Horrible experience. Cannot get past the login page. No issues at all on my tablet. Constant "loading" message but nothing ever loads. Not a great impression for a brand new policyholder Awful app.

Claims sit in pending for 30+days with no updates. If you are missing some kind of document they don't tell you what, you get an email stating "info is missing" or just deny the claim

takes weeks, if not month to get reimbursement. annoying when they claim to typically take 5-10 days. not true
