Contact Medallia only to be told that I need to check with my organization. Um, it's YOUR app and not theirs! How was that help? Yes, I have the most updated version. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Yes, my device is listed correctly. Yes, I have checked, and my notifications are on. Yes, the volume is on. No, I still get no notifications. I hate this app! | |

Downloaded latest version available and everytime I try to log on the app freezes on the screen and can't select anything. Other reviewers stated having the same problem, and yet they seem to be completely ignored. I have deleted, cleared all app data, and reinstalled this app several times as well as restarting my phone. Nothing works. Unfortunately, because of my job using this app daily is essential for me.
