Um, it's YOUR app and not theirs! How was that help? Yes, I have the most updated version. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Yes, my device is listed correctly. Yes, I have checked, and my notifications are on. Yes, the volume is on. No, I still get no notifications. I hate this app! |
| 2024-12-06 |  | | The App screen just freezes there after I keyed in my company name. Therefore was a similar feedback dated in September 2024. The reply from Medallia was to update to the latest version 3.18, which is the same version as my current one. Update (6 Dec).: Same issue not solved! |

Downloaded latest version available and everytime I try to log on the app freezes on the screen and can't select anything. Tried contacting Customer Support and that is worse than the App, takes you round in circles with zero resolution. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to the same issue |

Other reviewers stated having the same problem, and yet they seem to be completely ignored. I have deleted, cleared all app data, and reinstalled this app several times as well as restarting my phone. Nothing works. Unfortunately, because of my job using this app daily is essential for me. Now I have to carry two phones all day, ridiculous! |
