Was working last year, thought I damaged it, so bought a new one to find it looks exactly the same problem; a distorted block of pixels unable to see anything when recording. I'm able to capture recordings from a different app luckily, but it's a shame it's own program doesn't record. |

I have to delete the app and files and reboot the phone, and reinstall the app, just to have it work for only 30 seconds again. UPDATE: I am able to use the microscope wired with a usb-micro to usb-c with my phone using the "next camera" app. |

Please fix your app so that it doesn't close if you're not connected. Hold a splash screen that gives instructions that work? This is a simple and obvious fix, an issue that never should have made it out of development. Please fix it. |
| 2023-12-22 |  | | Wish I could give this zero stars. App never functions correctly, and when I do get any sort of image it disappears immediately. The actual decoder doesn't turn off when this happens, so I can not even reset the decoder, I have to wait until it turns itself off, then try again. This causes my customers and I major headaches. Awful. |
| 2023-09-13 |  | | Edit* the app does work. But not until the scope is turned on and your phone is connected to the scopes wi-fi. I didn't see any mention of this in the instructions. So if your having the same problem, just don't open the app until your connected. Now it works great! And i can't wait to use it in the salon to help my clients! Just downloaded the app and it closes as soon as I try to open it. Rendering the microscope useless. |

I tried force-stopping and clearing data, then re-starting it a few times, but that didn't fix the issue -- so I uninstalled and re-installed the app, but that didn't do any good either! It's still not working! This makes my macroscope absolutely useless at a time when I really need to use it! Please, PLEASE fix this!!! |

Same issue as everyone else, app suddenly stopped working with capturing video or photos and it's saying it needs permission I cannot give it. :( the most recent update killed this function |

I use it everyday then all of a sudden today I go to record video and it says external storage permission required. Ok. But the it won't let me do anything in permissions. It just says no permission required. Ugh. It's the same thing trying to access my photos and videos. |

In the ~2 years that I've had the app it's been great. 8/23/23 one star review: The Max-See app is not working after yesterday's update. I've never had any issues before. When I tap the shutter button the app gives me the error that permission is denied. It opens the app settings where the permission setting is grayed out and I cannot tap it to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared both the storage and cache. |

It says "permission required" but it never asks for permission, and I have no way of giving it permission. I've tried. I cleared the cache and data. I've looked through settings. I just have to take a screenshot on my phone to capture photos. It's annoying. |
