If only max-see wasn't blind. Was working last year, thought I damaged it, so bought a new one to find it looks exactly the same problem; a distorted block of pixels unable to see anything when recording. I'm able to capture recordings from a different app luckily, but it's a shame it's own program doesn't record.
Cam works for 30 seconds, and then the app asks to connect to the camera it was displaying but dropped. I have to delete the app and files and reboot the phone, and reinstall the app, just to have it work for only 30 seconds again. UPDATE: I am able to use the microscope wired with a usb-micro to usb-c with my phone using the "next camera" app.
I am rating the app, not the scope. The app doesn't work if you simply follow the instructions. It just closes right away. Bad first taste. Please fix your app so that it doesn't close if you're not connected. Hold a splash screen that gives instructions that work? This is a simple and obvious fix, an issue that never should have made it out of development. Please fix it.
