This service can change the medical system once the population gets use to it. For the patients...the commodity to be able to have access to a medical practitionner in the comfort of our home has countless advantages. |

Second time, same request text, I saw a doctor and had a prescription within 15 minutes, which is great, but I realized after the doctor, who was very curt and non-polite, didn't ask anything about the progression, and a pharmacist said it was the wrong prescription according to usual practices (near useless topical vs oral antibiotic). Wasn't confident in the result. |

I wasn't able to pair with the doctor on maple(Dr. Naeeni). The app is very difficult to use. support is no help or even available. I don't know where to or who to email about this issue. There is no contact info I feel scammed. Paying 79/month+tax is ridiculous for something I may only use once per year |

But using Maple I have been able to get prescription for antibiotics on short notice when I normally wouldn't have time to see my family doctor. It is amazing to feel like I can squeeze in medical attention for myself using this app. The physicians have always been excellent and attentive with me and I am confident in the care. |

Even if you prove you need them and prove you've been on them for years, they simply won't prescribe them. It's the only option for some people because walk in clinics are either hard to find or extremely long wait times for a simple refill. Not everyone has a doctor, especially in Canada. There is no indication of wait times either. They are for duplicate info. |

| 2024-11-22 |  | | Very grateful for this app when I have a slew of things flare up. It can be difficult to see walk in doctors in NB - long wait times and only one issues at time. Adjustment of medications and monitoring elevated levels of blood work need consistent visits so the app is very good for that as well as prescription refills. 90% of the time the NP's/Docs are thorough/kind and understanding as well! :) |
